Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled shortly after placement. Please note that a processing fee may apply to cover transaction and operational costs. This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount where applicable.

Returns Eligibility

Customers are eligible to request a return within 30 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in the same condition as when received

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for products at this time.
If you wish to receive a different item, please follow the return process for the original product and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Supporting photos may be requested for verification. Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Store credit for future use
